- The scholarship application period for 2024 runs until March 15, 2024.
- **SESSION TWO APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO MARCH 31, 2024**
- Scholarships may be limited to certain camp sessions (i.e. only applicable to Session Two).
- You will receive an automated email immediately after electronically submitting your application notifying you that it has been received.
- Based on the materials submitted, the Camping Scholarship Fund Committee evaluates the student’s financial need, and other criteria specified by individual scholarships.
- All submitted documents are considered confidential and will only be retained and reviewed for the purpose of identifying financial need and awarding scholarship funds.
- Only completed applications with all of the required supplemental documentation will be considered. Partial or incomplete applications cannot be considered.
- Candidates will be individually informed by email upon the completion of the evaluation process in March 2024.
- Scholarship awardees will receive their scholarship as a discount to their camp tuition.
Please include the following documents electronically by March 15, 2024:
- Completed scholarship application
- Letter of Good Standing from home parish
- Most recent year’s federal tax return
- Personal letter explaining the need
All documents should be
uploaded to the secure portal by March 15, 2024.
